Jeffrey Diehl is the Executive Producer of the Good Neighbor Podcast – Charleston, where he spotlights the business owners and leaders who make the Lowcountry exceptional.

Jeffrey’s foundation was built in hospitality. After studying Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism, his real education began on the restaurant floor. Over three decades, he has owned, operated, and led restaurants at nearly every level. As Director of Operations and COO for Charleston Hospitality Group, he helped grow the company from five to eleven locations — scaling to over 400 employees and $30+ million in annual revenue.

He built departments from the ground up, structured investor deals, negotiated leases, and refined operations down to the ounce. Jeffrey believes hospitality is both art and math — you can create magic for guests, but the numbers must work behind the scenes.

Today, he brings that same philosophy to podcasting.
